At Harstine House, we take pride in our shared family vacation home and all the amenities the Hartstene Pointe Community & Island have to offer. We are currently keeping our rental a secret from the broader world of big rental websites and hoping to keep this “all in the family.” We are offering a simple fee structure with no extra fees-just a nightly rate plus tax is all you pay!

Harstine House Rental Rates and Policies
Nightly Rate: $225 + tax
Cleaning Fee: $125/stay
Dog Fee: $25/per dog per stay
2 night minimum
15% off for returning guests/Stewards of Harstine House
Fully refundable if canceled 10 or more days in advance (minus processing fees)
50% refund if canceled 9 or fewer days in advance

How To Book
Step 1
Use the Booking Calendar below to book your stay by selecting ONLY the nights you plan to stay at the Harstine House.
Note: that means you should select the day you hope to arrive + each night you want to sleep, but DO NOT select the day you are leaving the Harstine House.
EXAMPLE: You want to arrive on Jan. 1 and leave on Jan. 5. You would click on the days of Jan 1, 2, 3, and 4 (but NOT the 5th).
After you select the days, fill out the booking form.
Step 2
Harstine House hosts will respond to your request within 24 hours (almost certainly much sooner!). Once we confirm your stay, we will send you a link to our payment processor to pay for your stay.
Step 3
Once we receive payment, you will receive additional information for your stay at Harstine House. Pack your bags!
